Well I will say that I was completely unsettled about the whole idea of this home selling process. But when Mike called me the following morning after we sent out an internet inquiry for a realtor my wife and I got off the phone with Mike and i immediately said that’s the guy. My wife and I had listed the house one other time about three months prior. The house was listed for $625,000 which is what I wanted ultimately to get out of the sale.
